In-Room Brunch at The Rossi Hotel

Brunch is served with French Pressed Coffee, fresh seasonal fruit, and your choice of Mimosas or Peach Bellini’s

Omelettes Made to Order - Choice of whole egg or egg white omelettes with filling choice of: bacon, sausage, cheddar cheese, feta cheese, spinach, mushroom, red, yellow, or green bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes. Served with a side of breakfast potatoes. 

Zucchini Pancakes - Fresh zucchini, egg, & feta cheese pancakes served with roasted red peppers & Greek yogurt sauce. Served with a side of fresh fruit. 

Crepes Made to Order

Sweet: Filled with fresh berries & sprinkled with powdered sugar, garnished with fresh mint. 

Or, Savory: Filled with ham & swiss cheese.

Freshly Made Waffles - Fresh berries, Greek yogurt, Maple syrup, whip cream, peanut butter, & bananas.

Bacon Wrapped Dates: dates stuffed with blue cheese wrapped in applewood bacon

Mini Caprese Salad: grape tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, and squeezed lemon 

Fresh In Season Fruit: served with Gorgonzola cheese, honey, and smoked almonds

Caesar Salad: fresh romaine lettuce with garlic Caesar dressing, topped with parmesan cheese

Mixed Green Salad: baby greens, soft goat cheese, walnuts, and fresh berries in a sweet balsamic dressing 

Ahi Poke Mango Citrus Salad: sautéed mango and ahi served on a bed of micro greens with a citrus and olive oil, topped with cilantro, sesame seeds, and avocado

Entrées

Filet Mignon Steak: seasoned filet cooked to preference 

Chardonnay Chicken Breast: chicken marinated in fresh herbs and sea salt, cooked in a light chardonnay sauce 

Sautéed Prawns: jumbo shrimp sautéed in garlic butter and Chardonnay wine, garnished with fresh Italian parsley 

Sautéed Fresh Vegetables: cooked with a light Chardonnay sauce, served over spinach fettuccine noodles
