Policies

 Reservations are acceptable utilizing VISA, Master Card and AMEX. Credit card must be present at time of check in.

  • PLEASE NOTE WE ARE AN ADULTS ONLY RESORT. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 WILL BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN.

  • Cancellation Policy: We take a 100% deposit upon booking. In order to receive a refund minus any applicable fees, cancellations or modifications must be received via email 14 days prior to arrival for stays of 2 nights or less and 30 days prior to arrival for stays of 3 - 6 nights and 60 days prior for stays of 7 night or greater or holiday, holiday periods or local special events including Coachella, Stage Coach, Pride, Valentines Day. A fee of $50 is charged for any cancellation. Please note that the hotel is not responsible for flight cancellations or delays, illnesses or weather and strongly recommends guests purchase traveller insurance to cover any unforeseen costs due to the above.

  • Please note that all ADD-ON items are prepaid at time of reservation, please allow for at least 48 hours when ordering add-on items.

  • CHECK IN IS AT 4PM, IF SUITE IS AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THAT TIME, WE WILL TEXT YOU.

  • All rates are subject to 12.5% Palm Springs occupancy tax and 6% Utility Fee and a $20 resort fee.

  • Rates for rooms and suites are based on single or double occupancy. The Sunset and Sunflower Haciendas may accommodate up to 4 guests with an additional fee of $50 per night per extra person. Please contact the hotel for further information.

  • Pet Fee of $45 per night for ONE PET. $60 per night for TWO PETS with max two pets per room.

  • All rooms are non-smoking. Violators may be fined $500 or more if there is any detection of a smell of smoke of any kind.

  • Rates are based on availability and are subject to change without prior notice. Modifications will be subject to rates on date of modification.

  • There is a 48 hour cancellation policy for any massage or spa treatment, cancellations received after this time will be subject to a 100% charge.

  • PLEASE NOTE OUR FRONT DESK HOURS ARE FROM 9:30AM TO 6PM, IF YOU PLAN TO ARRIVE AFTER 6PM, PLEASE CONTACT THE HOTEL FOR CHECK IN PROCEDURES.
